My great great uncle Wesley Hamp is honorably buried at the Oise-Aisne American Cemetery in France. I also honorably served my Country and will be visiting his burial site in October. I am absolutely honored that he helped pave the way for so many of us Service men and women. I look so forward to my visit. Thank you AMBC for honoring their memories with such poise and beauty.

My nephew visited in 2016. I had my name listed in the books that I visited back in 1989. Rest in peace uncle Bernard Bonderski

This is my personal opinion. Why does Hollywood waste millions of dollars of fake superhero movies and shows, when our country has millions of heroes we should be documenting and making shows or movie out of.

Oh my ….. How terribly moving. So much respect and admiration for these brave men: Living and Deceased. I am the daughter of a WWII veteran (Pacific Theater) and the niece of an uncle (maternal) who was killed in action in Souk el Arba, Tunisia, North Africa on November 29, 1942, thus depriving my siblings and I the joy of knowing our mother’s beloved brother. The Greatest Generation in every respect. My late mother and I visited the Beaches of Normandy in 2000 where we paid our respects to the men who saved the world from tyranny and fascism. God Bless them all: The living and the dead.
